We have a great concern for the environment. We don’t use any kind of shopping bags. All products in their primary packing will be separated and placed in reusable shopping baskets and brought to your doorstep. Our rider will deliver the products to you and go back with shopping baskets.

Unfortunately, you can’t modify your order once you placed. However, you can cancel the entire order before the order is processed and place a new order. Alternatively, you can call our customer care before the order is processed, we will help you and modify the order for you. You can also create multiple Shopping Lists on grocerypik. You can save your favorite or regularly purchased products to shopping lists at any time of the day and order them whenever you want. You need not have to go through the entire product catalogue every time you order on grocerypik. Our retail partners update the price and stock regularly. However, at times, the items you ordered may run out of stock due to unexpected in-store sales, especially fresh produce fresh meats, fresh dairy, fresh bread, etc. In that case, our Personal Shopper will contact you to suggest suitable replacement available in the store and obtain your permission. Your order will then be adjusted accordingly. In case your revised order value is changed from the original order value, the following actions will be taken When you have selected the option to Pay on Delivery: You will pay the revised order value at the time of delivery When you have already paid online: If revised order is greater than the original order – You will pay the differential amount at the time of delivery If revised order is less than the original order - We will credit the excess amount paid by you to your E-Wallet and this can be used for your subsequent orders
