If you notice an item that you think is priced on grocerypik more than in-store price, bring it to our attention and we will pay you double the differential amount as per grocerypik Price Guarantee Policy rules.

To claim differential amount under grocerypik’s Price Guarantee policy, you have to provide a copy of invoice showing the same item purchased on the same day from the same store. grocerypik will investigate the authenticity of your claim and if found that the item is indeed priced more on grocerypik, we will credit your E-Wallet with double the differential amount within 7 days of your claim.

Of course! We can assure you the quality of the items delivered to you. If you found any bad quality or damaged items at the time of delivery, you can reject those items and our rider will take them back. However, you must pay the full order amount. We will credit your E-Wallet for the items you returned within 24 hours.
