Currently we deliver to all addresses in the entire Nairobi County provided the stores in your locality are registered with us. You can type your delivery address and see the list of stores available near you. If your favorite store is not listed on grocerypik, you can suggest it to us by sending an email to info@grocerypik.com and keep checking after few days. We keep adding stores on a regular basis!

We have two types of deliveries. Express Delivery in the next two hours and Normal Delivery as per available two-hour time-slots today and in the next 6 days.

Our delivery hours are based on the opening hours of the stores we work with. Usually from 8am to 8pm and 7 days a week. You can place your orders at any time of the day up to 7 days in advance

grocerypik time slots work dynamically and only show you the available time slots at that point of time depending on store timings, store capacities and time slot capacities. However, you can choose express delivery option to get your order delivered in 2 hours if you place an order before 6pm.

At this time, we do not offer this option. You can, however, cancel your order before it is processed and reorder by selecting a different locality.

Time slot selected by you is tentative time of delivery so that you don't wait the whole day at home to receive the order. We take all efforts to deliver your order as per the time slot you have selected. However, the delivery of your order during the time slot selected is not guaranteed. On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delay in delivery of your order.

All our personal shoppers and riders are highly trained at selecting the best groceries for you. We have personal shoppers that pick quality products for you and riders to deliver safely to your doorstep. In some cases, our riders will act as personal shoppers.

Your orders will be delivered by specially trained and screened riders. We do thorough background check on our riders before we accept them. We also have a great concern for our customer’s safety. Once you receive the order dispatch notification, you can see rider’s photo, name and telephone number in your order so that you can open your doors for the right rider.

Occasionally our personal shoppers get overwhelmed with orders. During these occasions, our customer support executive will inform you of the delay and we take all measures to deliver your order later in the day at the earliest possible time.

Delivery charges are calculated dynamically as per the distance of the store you have selected, delivery method and weight/volume of the items you have selected. Some extra delivery charges will be charged for heavy items like Water bottles, Glass Beer/Soda bottle crates, etc. Standard / Normal Delivery Charges start from KSh 200 and Express Delivery charges start from KSh 350 You are also entitled for free delivery on your first order of normal delivery.
